  1. Publishing 150 television advertisements on satellite channels before and during the Business Forum
  2. Publishing 150 radio advertisements on Radio Misr / Radio Nojoom FM before and during the Business Forum
  3. Publishing a large number of advertisements in daily newspapers and websites of the largest daily newspapers before and during the event
  4. Sending official invitations through three different local and international means to the largest 3000 importers of dates and foodstuffs in 60 countries around the world from Europe, East and North Asia and America to visit Exhibition and attendance at the Business Forum
  5. Making special printed and electronic invitations distributed to all specialists in the agricultural sectors related to the production and manufacture of dates and foodstuffs in Egypt and the participating countries.
  6. Submit official invitations to all authorities concerned with agriculture, packaging, sorting and land, sea and air freight in most countries producing and exporting dates.
  7. Submitting official invitations to most of the ambassadors of the accredited countries inside Egypt to get acquainted with the exhibits and the participating companies in the same countries to visit the exhibition.
  8. Inviting professors of faculties of agriculture, nutritionists and public health from Egyptian universities and a number of countries targeted to participate.
