Customs procedures
Important Note:
The accompanying exhibition is a commercial exhibition for display only and is not allowed to sell directly to the public and is dedicated to making commercial deals and signing export contracts, and all participating dates from outside Egypt are not to be returned to the country of origin again after the exhibition, but requires gifting or disposing of them after the end of the exhibition, according to the following points:
- The representative of the participating company can carry a quantity of dates on board the plane not exceeding 15 kilograms accompanied by a passenger for private use or under the name of gifts of friends,
- Regarding the quantities of dates to be displayed during the exhibition, which weigh between 20-100 kilograms, shipped from the participant's country to the exhibition directly at the following address / Arab Republic of Egypt - Cairo - Egypt Center for Exhibitions and Conferences, Fifth Settlement - Egypt International Forum and Exhibition for Dates in the period from 20-21/11/2024
- The value of customs clearance fees and procedures for one shipment in an amount of (to be determined) for each shipment, and the customs clearance company will deliver the shipments to their owners inside the exhibition hall on the morning of the opening day

- Regarding the participation of seedlings (date palm seedlings) in the exhibition, the conditions of agricultural quarantine will be included on the website later
- Participating companies must ship the exhibits and arrive at the headquarters of the exhibition center at least 5 days before the start of the Forum to finish the necessary procedures early
Fittings & Decoration
- The authorized decoration equipment contractor is Solution CO www.solution-design.net
- The participating state companies can communicate with one of the decoration processing companies specialized in equipping exhibition pavilions in Egypt through it directly to make the pavilion for each company
